IMPORTANT! (Please Read): Each appointment MUST be made in the name of the person receiving the service. Do NOT schedule an appointment for someone else and put in your name. (Just as you would not schedule a doctor or dentist appointment for someone else and put in your name.
Arrival
Please respect my time as well as the client following your appointment by arriving no less than 5 minutes BEFORE your scheduled appointment. 10 mins. if you need to complete the client intake form)
We should have an opportunity to quickly discuss your needs, a few minutes for you to get ready and comfortably situated on the massage table to start at your scheduled time.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, you will be advised if there is not enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
Cancellation Policy
It's understandable that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. I desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you may be charged a cancellation fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “No-Show" and may be charged for their “missed” appointment.
